Role Description This is a contract, on-site student role based in Saint Julian's, Malta, focused on sales and student support activities. The role involves engaging prospective learners, providing information about EU Global’s programs, and supporting them throughout the inquiry and application process. Daily tasks include responding to student queries in person and via digital channels, guiding learners through admissions steps, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The role also includes assisting with outreach events, campus promotions, and basic administrative support to the admissions and student services teams. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with staff and faculty to ensure a positive, professional experience for current and prospective learners.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with prospective and current students, including clear verbal and written communication.
Basic sales, customer service, or outreach skills, with the ability to explain program offerings and support learners in decision making.
Organizational and administrative abilities, such as managing inquiries, maintaining records, and following up on student leads.
Comfort working in an international, multicultural environment and demonstrating a learner-centered, service-oriented mindset.
Proficiency with common digital tools (email, office software, CRM or student management systems is an advantage).
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a higher education program; interest in education, business, or related fields is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Saint Julian's, Malta, with a reliable schedule and a professional, ethical approach to student support.
Prior experience in student services, admissions support, or front-desk roles is an asset but not mandatory.
