Dealer

We are seeking a Dealer to join land-based casino on a full-time basis. The role involves operating gaming tables, delivering excellent customer service, ensuring fair play, and helping create an exciting Las Vegas-style entertainment experience.

Responsibilities

Providing entertaining casino experiences to the clients by rendering pleasant services and professional organization of games at tables;

Interact with managers to share concerns and information as well as any misconduct or suspicious behaviour during the course of gameplay;

Monitor game pace and play while maintaining a positive and fun environment for Casino guests.

Requirements

At least 1 year of proven work experience as a Dealer in the land-based Casino;

English on the communication level; any other language will be considered an asset;

Required to complete a pre-employment background check successfully;

Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, public holidays, and day / night shifts;

Must be able to wear assigned uniforms and maintain professional appearance standards;

Service-minded with excellent communications skills and a positive attitude;

The ability to work as part of a team and be adaptable to changing business needs.
