As an IT Auditor at BDO, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity, security, and compliance of our client’s IT systems and processes. You will be responsible for evaluating and assessing the effectiveness of information systems, internal controls, and risk management procedures. There are many distinct elements in the services we provide, so your work will remain varied and challenging.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their IT environment, objectives, and regulatory requirements.
Assist with the delivery of a portfolio of technology assurance engagements including external audits, gaming audits, GDPR/privacy audits or advisory, IT internal audits and service auditor reports (e.g. ISAE3402)
Maintain communication with clients to manage expectations and ensure that engagement deadlines and quality expectations are met;
Stay informed about industry regulations, standards, and emerging best practices.
Assist efforts to promote quality through education and other activities.
Cultivate a productive, inventive, and teamwork-driven workplace.
Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality;

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Information Security, or other relevant field
Certified Information System Auditor ("CISA"), or equivalent certifications will be considered an asset
One (1) to three (3) years of experience within a corporate, consulting or technology advisory and assurance firm; or within an environment of internal audit, consulting or risk services as a Technology Subject Matter Expert
Completely fluent in the English language
Strong communicator and self-motivated
Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
