We’re seeking a results-orienteda Senior Internal Finance Officer to join our dynamic team and help with internal duties. In this role, you’ll go beyond traditional finance, partnering with internal stakeholders to unlock value through analytics, automation, and strategic insight.

Your Responsibilities

Assist in the expense reimbursement process by preparing relevant documentation
Accurately record financial transactions and maintain appropriate supporting documentation
Prepare periodic deposits of cheques/cash in line with established procedure
Assist in handling client, supplier, or internal queries addressed to the finance function
Perform all activities within the postings of transactions and reconciliation processes for the Firm's internal accounts to support the Finance Partner
Process payments to the Firm's suppliers and ensure that these are issued on time and in accordance with the necessary internal procedures
Generate and send periodic client invoices and account statements in accordance with established procedures, and issue ad hoc invoices as required
Ensure payments to the relevant authorities, such as VAT, Social Security, Inland Revenue, etc, are issued accurately and on time
Issue any necessary reimbursements to staff, ensuring that these are in line with policies
Issuance of VAT receipt and acknowledgment receipt, both internal and external
Preparation of the petty cash replenishment in line with the established procedures

Requirement

Hold a Degree in Accounting or Finance or in the process of doing the ACCA exams
At least 2 years of experience working in finance and/or accounting
Fluency in English, both written and verbal
Be able to use Office productivity suite and relevant IT Systems
Demonstrating attributes of personal Excellence and Quality
Upholding Professional and Integrity standards
Working effectively within a team
