Housekeeper

We are looking for a reliable Housekeeper to support our housekeeping team, maintain clean public areas, and help create a welcoming environment for guests.

The Housekeeper will support the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring a clean, tidy, and well-maintained hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain corridors, public areas, and housekeeping storage areas.
• Deliver linen, towels, and supplies to room attendants.
• Collect used linen and remove waste.
• Assist with moving furniture and setting up rooms as required.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
• Report maintenance issues and follow health and safety procedures.

Requirements

• A reliable attitude, attention to detail, and good teamwork skills.
• Ability to carry out physical tasks safely.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Previous housekeeping experience is an advantage.
