Senior Technical Analyst

This role entails bridging business needs and technical delivery across Digital Banking, with a focus on integration readiness, SIT/UAT quality and successful implementation of customer-focused digital solutions.

In this role you will:

• Translate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements
• Lead integration-focused analysis covering APIs, data mapping, error handling, event flows and reconciliation requirements
• Own or co-own the SIT and UAT approach, including test strategy, scenarios, coverage, defect management and reporting
• Support Agile delivery through backlog refinement, sprint planning, delivery ceremonies, dependency management and impediment removal
• Coordinate with programme teams, architects, developers, vendors, Operations and business stakeholders to resolve risks and dependencies
• Prepare governance artefacts and readiness assessments covering integration, environments, testing, cutover and hyper-care

You should apply if you have:

• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or a related discipline, with demonstrable technical exposure. A master’s degree is advantageous but not essential
• ISTQB Foundation or an equivalent software-testing certification.
• An Agile or Scrum certification, such as PSM I, CSM or equivalent
• Practical experience with digital-channel and integration-heavy environments, including APIs, middleware, core banking (or other financial services), payments and consumer IAM. Experience in IBM ACE, Azure, Jira, DevOps, CI/CD is advantageous but not essential
• Strong experience designing and coordinating SIT and UAT in a regulated financial-services environment
• The ability to interpret API specifications and technical logs, and to translate technical risks into clear business impacts.
