The Sales Assistant is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, supporting daily store operations, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and contributing to sales targets within a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Duties

Deliver high standards of customer service by assisting customers in a polite, professional and efficient manner across the store and online. Provide product knowledge and recommendations to meet customer needs
Operate tills, process payments accurately and promote current offers on products and services throughout the store
Handle customer queries, exchanges, and complaints professionally
Collaborate effectively with colleagues and management to contribute to overall store performance and team success
Support store promotional activities
Maintain store presentation standards: high levels of product presentation standards, replenishment and cleanliness throughout the store
Support stock management including stock receiving, checking, tagging, pricing and replenishment (FIFO principles where applicable)
Assist in any stock display changes and seasonal launches across the store
Follow all brand and company policies and procedures
Follow health and safety standards and regulations at all times
Any other duties as required
