Role Description

The Sales Associate role is a full-time hybrid position based in Birkirkara, with flexibility for some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and engaging potential clients, conducting property viewings, and managing a portfolio of residential and commercial listings. The Sales Associate will guide clients through the buying, selling, and letting processes, prepare and present property proposals, and maintain accurate records in line with company standards. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues across the RE/MAX Malta network, staying informed about local market trends, and participating in regular training and team meetings to enhance performance and service quality.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships and negotiate effectively.
Sales acumen and customer service orientation, including experience or strong interest in real estate sales or lettings.
Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple properties, client appointments, and documentation efficiently.
Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and basic office software for managing listings, client data, and reports.
Self-motivated mindset, resilience, and a goal-driven approach to achieving individual and team targets.
Ability to work in a hybrid setting, balancing on-site client work in Birkirkara with remote administrative tasks.
Relevant license or willingness to obtain real estate certification as required by local regulations.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Maltese or additional languages is an asset.
Previous experience in sales, retail, customer-facing roles, or property-related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
