Quality Control Inspector

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to inspect short-let properties and ensure they are clean, fully equipped, safe and ready for guest arrivals.

Key Responsibilities: - Inspect properties following cleaning and before guest check-in. - Check cleanliness, linen, towels, amenities and consumables. - Verify the condition of appliances, Wi-Fi and safety equipment. - Check access details, key box codes and guest information. - Record inspections and take photographs using the designated application. - Report issues and coordinate corrective actions with cleaning and maintenance staff. - Monitor recurring issues and guest feedback to maintain high-quality standards. - Ensure properties meet guest readiness and cleanliness requirements.
