We are currently looking for passionate and motivated Chefs of all levels to join the kitchen team of a well-established restaurant in Malta.

We are interested in speaking with candidates with different levels of culinary experience, from Commis Chefs and Demi Chefs de Partie to Chef de Partie, Junior Sous Chefs and Sous Chefs.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on your level of experience, your responsibilities may include:

Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes according to established standards.
Assisting with daily kitchen operations and ensuring smooth service.
Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency.
Following food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards.
Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods.
Assisting with mise en place and preparation for daily service.
Managing your assigned section effectively, according to your level of responsibility.
Supporting and collaborating with other members of the kitchen team.

Requirements

Previous professional kitchen experience.
Strong passion for food and commitment to quality.
Knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards is an advantage.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Experience in seafood or Mediterranean cuisine is an advantage, but not essential.
Different levels of experience will be considered.
