Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Administrator to join their growing Finance team within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and issue invoices for aviation and non-aviation services
Maintain and reconcile the Accounts Receivable Ledger
Handle billing schedules, credit notes, refunds, and reconciliations
Review billing discrepancies and liaise with internal departments
Administer employee travel allowances and petty cash management
Support the Finance Department with day-to-day financial operations

✅ Requirements:

Experience or qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or a similar role
Understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
Experience in Accounts Receivable is considered an asset
Familiarity with accounting systems (Microsoft Business Central is a plus)
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Fluent in written and spoken English
Team player with a proactive mindset
