About the Role

As a part-time Shop Assistant, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day running of our charity shops. From creating attractive displays and serving customers to sorting donations and keeping the shop looking its best, no two days are the same.

Every item you sell helps raise vital funds for the Malta SPCA and supports a more sustainable future by giving pre-loved items a second life.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

Friendly, enthusiastic, and approachable
Passionate about sustainability, recycling, and charity retail
A great team player with excellent communication skills
Organised and able to multitask in a busy environment
Happy to work in a hands-on role, including sorting donations and merchandising stock
Reliable, flexible, and customer-focused

What You'll Be Doing

Welcoming and assisting customers
Operating the till and handling sales
Sorting, pricing, and displaying donated items
Keeping the shop clean, tidy, and well-stocked
Helping us deliver an enjoyable shopping experience while raising funds for animal welfare
