The primary responsibility of a Reliever will be to provide support to our residents, ensuring their well-being and assisting with their day-to-day needs. This role involves substituting for full-time staff during both day and night shifts, upholding the organisations policies and procedures, and acting as a positive role model.

Key Responsibilities

Substitute for full-time staff during day and/or night shifts as required.
Carry out all duties related to the role in a professional and effective manner.
Uphold and enforce the rules and procedures of the organisation.
Serve as a positive role model for residents.
Supervise residents on the floor, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Accompany residents as needed, providing support and guidance.

Requirements

Fluent in both Maltese and English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work both day and night shifts.
Flexibility in working hours and duties.
Relevant work or voluntary experience in the social field is advantageous.
Ability to work independently.
