About the Role

As a Customer Experience Executive, you'll be the welcoming face and helpful voice of Krea. You'll support our customers throughout their journey while also handling important administrative tasks that keep our operations efficient and organized.

What You'll Be Doing

Delivering exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and through email.
Managing administrative duties, including data entry, record keeping, and document management.
Coordinating appointments, schedules, and customer follow-ups.
Supporting the team with day-to-day office operations.
Helping create a positive and memorable experience for every customer.
Handling any aftersales issues.

About You

Friendly, professional, and approachable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Naturally organized with good attention to detail.
Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Previous customer service and administrative experience is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
Fluency in Maltese and English.
