NSTS Malta is seeking an Executive – Student Relations & Services to join our Student Experience team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and people-oriented individual who enjoys working in a multicultural environment and is passionate about creating exceptional experiences for international students.

About the Role

As an Executive – Student Relations & Services, you will play a key role in ensuring our students enjoy a safe, welcoming, and memorable stay in Malta. You will be responsible for supporting students throughout their journey, coordinating activities and excursions, liaising with suppliers, and helping deliver high-quality student services.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome international students and provide support throughout their stay
Build positive relationships with students, ensuring a high standard of customer care and satisfaction
Respond to student enquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
Organise, promote, coordinate and lead cultural, social and leisure activities and excursions
Coordinate activity logistics, welcome materials and programme information
Liaise with suppliers and service providers to ensure the smooth delivery of activities and services
Support reception duties and assist with student services administration
Maintain accurate records, reports and operational documentation
Monitor student welfare and contribute to a safe and supportive environment
Provide occasional evening, weekend and emergency supervision for junior students when required
Contribute ideas to continuously improve the student experience and our service offering

Requirements

Ideally a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Education, Human Relations, Social Work, Youth and Community Studies, Communication Studies, Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, International Relations, or another related Social Science or Humanities discipline
Previous experience in student services, customer care, education, hospitality, tourism or an international environment will be considered an asset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational, administrative and problem-solving abilities
A positive, proactive and service-oriented attitude
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Confidence in leading groups and coordinating activities
Fluency in English is required; additional languages will be considered an asset
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital communication tools
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays when required
• Must be currently based in Malta and also possess good knowledge of Maltese islands, its history and culture.
