Job Responsibilities and Duties

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets;
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned market and client base;
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients;
Conduct client needs assessments and recommend suitable products based on individual requirements;
Present and promote products effectively, clearly communicating features and benefits to clients;
Deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations where required;
Negotiate terms and successfully close sales opportunities;
Maintain regular communication with clients through meetings, calls, and follow-ups;
Support customer retention initiatives by ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and ongoing engagement;
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and product developments;
Provide regular feedback and market insights to management;
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance updates within internal systems;
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and KPI updates as required;
Use invoicing systems and related software to manage sales administration tasks;
Participate in regular meetings with management to review performance, sales strategies, and service improvements;
Ensure a professional and client-focused approach at all times when representing the company.

Experience

Previous experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing commercial role, preferably within the health, wellness, or nutrition industry;
Familiarity with healthy food supplements and nutrition products will be considered an asset;
Experience working with invoicing systems, CRM platforms, or related software;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills;
ECDL qualification will be considered an asset;
O' Level standard of education, including English and Mathematics;
Good command of Maltese and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
A valid driving licence is required.

Salary: €16,000-17,000 per year
