Job Responsibilities and Duties

Design and implement a proactive content strategy that aligns with the organization’s goals, ensuring a steady stream of engaging and monetizable content throughout the year;
Provide a variety of high-quality video and photo services aimed at promoting products and services through innovative advertising and marketing campaigns;
Enhance the visual appeal of media materials, ensuring they are captivating and effective;
Lead the creation of compelling concepts and mood boards that set the tone for various media projects;
Develop storylines, scripts, and storyboards to effectively communicate the intended message and vision of each project;
Plan and coordinate meetings and calendar schedules to ensure timely execution of projects;
Oversee the execution of proposals and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet the required standards and deadlines;
Handle post-production activities including scene splitting and basic sound editing, ensuring high-quality outputs;
Utilize lapel microphones for basic audio recording, ensuring clear and professional sound quality;
Produce content in various formats and resolutions, catering to different platforms and devices to maximize reach and impact;
Conduct professional photography sessions and perform high-quality editing to produce visually appealing images;
Write and proofread copy for various media materials, ensuring clarity, coherence, and adherence to brand guidelines;
Create graphic assets that complement and enhance video and photographic content, contributing to a cohesive visual identity across all media.

Experience

Proficiency in video production and post-production software;
Experience in creating graphic assets and working with design tools.
