Job Responsibilities and Duties

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction;
Develop a thorough understanding of clients' business needs and provide tailored solutions to support their objectives;
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, managing day-to-day communication and resolving queries in a timely manner;
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the successful delivery of products and services in line with client expectations;
Monitor client satisfaction, proactively identifying and resolving issues to strengthen client relationships;
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling initiatives;
Prepare regular account updates and reports, maintaining accurate records of client activities and business opportunities;
Support additional account management and business development activities as required.

Experience

Previous experience as an Account Manager within the iGaming industry is essential;
Strong experience managing client relationships and key accounts;
Proven ability to identify business growth opportunities and maximise account performance;
Be fluent in English and French.

Personal Skills

Salary: €50,000-75,000 per year
