We are looking for a detailed-oriented and organised Finance Assistant to join our dynamic Finance team on a part-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build or further develop their finance experience while working within a structured, compliant and supportive environment. The role plays a range of day-to-day finance functions and play an important role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for credit card data input / bank commission statements to support credit card reconciliations
Supporting the Income Audit function in routine daily tasks
Supporting the Cashiering function
Supporting the Accounts Payable function: covering payment preparations and posting/checking of invoices through Material Controls and Accounting System
Support other sections within the Finance Team when required – Accounts Receivable (Invoicing to clients.)
Provide support in adhoc finance related project works as may be required from time to time.

Skills, Attributes & Experience:

Previous experience in an Accounting or Finance role.
Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
