Role Description The Cashier role is a full-time, on-site position located in Singapore. The Cashier will handle customer transactions accurately, including receiving payments, issuing receipts, and managing cash, card, and digital payment methods. Day-to-day tasks include operating the point-of-sale system, assisting customers with inquiries about products and services, and providing friendly, efficient service at the front desk or sales counter. The Cashier will also be responsible for balancing the cash drawer, reconciling daily sales, and reporting any discrepancies promptly. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean, organized work area, supporting basic administrative tasks, and collaborating with the local team to ensure smooth store operations.
Qualifications

Strong cash handling abilities, including accurate transaction processing, cash reconciliation, and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
Customer service skills, such as clear communication, polite interaction, and the ability to address inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Basic numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to spot and correct discrepancies in payment records.
Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple customers, daily tasks, and documentation efficiently.
Comfort using computers and digital payment platforms; experience with retail or front-office systems is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Singapore, including standing for extended periods and adhering to company procedures and guidelines.
Prior experience in a cashier, retail, or customer-facing role is beneficial but not strictly required.
Secondary school education or equivalent; additional training in finance, administration, or customer service is a plus.
