Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a skilled, dependable, and proactive Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our property operations team.

• Perform daily inspections and preventive maintenance across guest rooms, public areas, and back of house
• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and guest service calls
• Maintain and repair hotel equipment, fixtures, and appliances
• Coordinate with external contractors when specialized repairs are required
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, fire regulations, and hotel policies
• Keep maintenance logs, inventory records, and update work orders in the system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the maintenance workshop and storage areas
