A major pharma company is seeking a Manufacturing Process Technology Manager to lead tech transfers, process improvements, and technical projects under the Head of Operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

Lead and improve pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging processes.
Drive initiatives to improve efficiency, equipment performance, and production output.
Manage product transfers, including process implementation, equipment assessments, and project coordination.
Lead investigations, root cause analysis, and process improvement projects.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and manufacturing records.
Work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other teams.
Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.
Support and develop technical team members.

Requirements

Strong local experience within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
Experience in technology transfer, formulation, process engineering, and solid dosage manufacturing.
Experience leading improvement projects and technical investigations.
Strong analytical, organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
Candidate must already be based in Malta, with the legal right to work in Malta.
Must hold an excellent level of verbal and written English.
