Our client a leading global organisation specialising in Asset Integrity Management, Inspection, and specialised Repair & Maintenance services is looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Officer on Part time basis.

Main responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchase ledgers.
Initiate, coordinate, and monitor purchasing procedures to ensure compliance with internal controls.
Manage and oversee supplier invoice processing and ensure timely and accurate recording.
Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers, including reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies.
Prepare and submit payment requests at scheduled and controlled intervals.
Maintain accurate electronic records of accounting transactions, including purchase orders, supplier invoices, and payment requests.
Perform monthly bank reconciliations across multiple legal entities, ensuring discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.

Requirements

2 years+ of experience working in a similar role

Education and Experience

An accounting qualification would be considered an asset
