Our client is one of the leading retail operations in Malta. As they are growing they would like to engage a Store Manager (FMCG). SITUATED IN GOZO

The Role

Lead all aspects of store operations, including sales, profitability, customer service, and team performance.
Manage a fast-paced food/beverage retail environment with a hands-on leadership approach.
Bring a minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail management or store leadership.
Drive sales growth, control costs, and improve store performance.
Manage inventory, stock availability, waste reduction, and shrinkage control.
Coach, develop, and motivate employees.
Maintain high standards in commercial performance, customer experience, compliance, and operational excellence.

Requirements

A similar role coupled with Food &/or Beverage retail experience is a must.
Proven leadership, accountability, integrity, and ownership mentality.
Strong commercial awareness, customer service focus, and ability to develop high-performing teams.
