We are working with a global CSP who are looking for a Regulatory Compliance Consultant to join their team and work in the firm's Governance, Risk and Compliance team.

Responsibilities

Advise clients on regulatory and compliance requirements, including data protection, AML/CFT, sanctions, and industry-specific regulations.
Develop, implement, and review compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Conduct compliance risk assessments and gap analyses to identify weaknesses and enhance financial crime frameworks.
Support regulatory reporting activities and ensure compliance with applicable local and international regulatory standards.
Deliver training and awareness sessions covering regulatory compliance, AML/CFT, sanctions, and financial crime prevention.
Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact, providing guidance on emerging risks and new regulatory obligations.
Support audits, investigations, and remediation initiatives relating to compliance breaches, regulatory findings, and financial crime incidents.

Requirements

3 years of experience in regulatory compliance, AML, or financial crime.
Knowledge of relevant regulations such as FATF, EU AML directives, OFAC, GDPR and/or local regulatory frameworks
Experience with compliance monitoring tools and risk management methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Education and Experience

Bachelor Degree in Law, Criminology, Social Policy, Business Administration or a similar field.
