Outdoor Sales Support

In this field role, you will act as the link between the brand and its retail partners. You will ensure products are highly visible, properly stocked, and presented to the highest standards, while also gathering valuable on-the-ground market intelligence to support the Business Development team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all products are fully stocked, retail-ready, and displayed according to specific brand guidelines and planograms.
• Maintain high-quality in-store promotional materials, signage, and displays.
• Conduct routine daily checks on product availability, stock rotation, and expiry dates. Since the role involves perishable goods, you will regularly monitor fridge temperatures and product freshness, and occasionally assist the QA team with product transportation.
• Act as the eyes and ears in the field. You will track competitor pricing, placements, and out-of-stock situations, submitting accurate daily or weekly reports using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Recommend stock replenishments based on sales trends, handle basic customer queries, and escalate complex issues.
• You will also identify new potential retail clients and support the setup of special tasting events or promotions.

Experience & Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years working in a similar FMCG merchandising position.
• Must possess a valid Category B driving license and have access to a personal vehicle. The role is full-time, requiring flexible availability from Monday to Saturday.
• Fully fluent in both Maltese and English. Must have basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word) for accurate reporting.
• Outgoing, detail-oriented, and highly organized. You must be able to work independently on the road while remaining a strong team player.
• Comfortable with the physical demands of the job, which includes actively lifting and moving heavy items.

Please note that this is an urgent vacancy with a short hiring timeline. As a result, we are currently seeking candidates already based in Malta who have the legal right to work without requiring a new work permit or a work permit transfer.
