Our client, a leading company within the hospitality industry is looking for a Learning & Development HR Executive to join their team. Your main responsibilities will revolve around:

Coordinating internal employee engagement events to strengthen team culture and morale
Designing, scheduling, and managing an annual learning and development calendar aligned with organizational objectives
Conducting new-hire orientations and delivering ongoing professional development programs
Partnering with department heads to identify skill gaps, select internal trainers, and build tailored instruction plans
Overseeing specialized brand training initiatives to ensure full staff compliance
Serving on the employee wellness and workplace culture committee to champion diversity and community initiatives
Managing core HR administrative functions and supporting daily operational workflows

Requirements

Experience in HR softwares (such as Shireburn Indigo) is an asset
Excellent spoken and written English

Education and Experience

Previous HR and training experience, ideally within hospitality or high-volume service environments
Previous payroll experience is a plus
Previous Learning & Development experience is considered a huge asset.
