Our client is seeking to recruit an Insurance Executive who will drive new business acquisition, nurture existing client relationships, and support the growth of high-margin niche segments.

Duties include:

Dealing with customers by responding to queries and explaining products and services.
Obtaining, handling, and processing of customer documentation.
Issuing of quotations, policies, and renewals for various insurance products.
Develop and maintain existing client relationships to increase retention and cross- selling opportunities.
Collaborate with management to identify and acquire new clients.
Conduct structured client reviews and identify coverage gaps.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Experience in insurance brokerage or related financial services.
The ability to handle various customer types.
Excellent customer service skills and communication skills in English & Maltese.
Local experience is a must
