On behalf of our client, Konnekt is seeking a meticulous and organised Payroll & HR Administrator. In this role, you will handle the day-to-day payroll processing and human resources administration, ensuring full compliance with local employment legislation and company policies while maintaining the highest standard of confidentiality.

What You'll Be Doing:

Accurately prepare and process payroll in a timely manner, handling employee queries, leave administration, attendance, and benefits.
Maintain precise employee records, contracts, personnel files, and general HR documentation.
Prepare and submit employment documentation through relevant government portals (e.g., Identità, Jobsplus).
Assist with recruitment activities, coordinating seamless onboarding and offboarding procedures for staff.
Generate regular payroll/HR reports and liaise closely with team members, managers, and employees.
Ensure all tasks comply with company procedures, Maltese labor laws, and strict confidentiality protocols.

What We're Looking For

Professional fluency in both Maltese and English is required.
Proven track record in payroll processing and general HR administration.
Experience using the Identità portal and HR/payroll software
Must be proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
High level of computer literacy with strong proficiency in administrative tools.
Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proven ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

The remuneration package will depend on the candidate's skills and experience
