Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic General Manager to drive the successful launch and positioning of our innovative products. You will play a pivotal role in aligning cross-functional teams to bring compelling solutions to market and accelerate commercial growth.
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches, updates, and key initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with product, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless alignment and execution.
- Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to identify growth opportunities and refine targeting.
- Create impactful messaging, positioning, and enablement materials that effectively communicate product value propositions to target audiences.
- Define and track key performance indicators to measure the success of product launches and optimise ongoing marketing efforts.
- Partner with the sales enablement function to equip commercial teams with the tools, training, and resources needed to drive conversions.
Requirements
- Strong background in marketing, sales, or business development, ideally in consumer products or digital commerce
- Experience in launching products across multiple channels (e-commerce, retail, B2B).
- Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Analytical skills for tracking performance and iterating strategies.
- Ability to work across international markets, languages, and cultures.
Education and Experience
- 5-8 years’ experience in marketing, sales, e-commerce, or business management.
- Experience working with FMCG, consumer goods, or digitally native brands.
- Proven track record of executing GTM plans in multiple markets.
