Our client is a growing marketing agency specialising in CRM and customer marketing, helping iGaming brands build stronger relationships with their players through smarter campaigns, segmentation, customer journeys and retention strategies.

They're now looking for a CRM Coordinator who is curious, switched on and genuinely hungry to learn. You don't need to know everything from day one. What's more important is that you want to understand how things work, aren't afraid to ask questions, and are comfortable sharing your own ideas and suggestions along the way.

This is a fully remote role, working within the Malta time zone, give or take one hour, with preference given to those already based in Malta.

What you'll be doing:

Building CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications and Telegram.
Setting up campaign templates and ensuring everything is ready before going live.
Checking copy, links, personalisation, brand assets and disclaimers to make sure nothing gets missed.
Supporting the setup of player campaigns, promotions and bonuses across different client brands.
Managing customer segments and audiences within CRM platforms such as Optimove.
Setting up and monitoring A/B tests to understand what works and what can be improved.
Keeping campaign calendars, customer data and platform information organised and up to date.
Working across different iGaming brands while ensuring their individual tone and brand guidelines are followed.
Using AI tools to support and improve copy, creative ideas and everyday workflows.
Sharing ideas, asking questions and suggesting improvements rather than simply following a process.

What we're looking for:

Some previous experience or exposure to CRM, retention or customer marketing.
Experience working within the iGaming or casino industry.
An interest in CRM technology, automation and understanding how different platforms work.
Someone who is naturally curious and enjoys figuring things out.
A genuine interest in AI and how it can be used to work smarter and improve marketing campaigns.
Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with campaigns, data and customer communications.
Proactive enough to flag something that doesn't look right and ask questions when needed.
Open to sharing feedback, suggestions and new ideas.
