Our client is looking for an Accounts Payable Officer to join their team

Responsibilities

Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes where applicable.
Prepare and process supplier payments via bank transfers and other payment methods.
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.
Maintain accurate accounts payable records and filing systems.
Respond to supplier queries and build positive working relationships.
Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals and reconciliations.
Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and financial procedures.
Support internal and external audits by providing relevant documentation.
Assist with other finance and administrative duties as required.

Requirements

Previous local experience in Accounts Payable or similar finance role.
