HR Generalist

Responsibilities

Support recruitment activities including job advertising, CV screening, initial candidate calls, and interview coordination.
Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation.
Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programmes.
Prepare and maintain timesheet reports while ensuring data accuracy across systems.
Update and manage employee records, contracts, benefits, and HR documentation in line with GDPR requirements.
Support probation reviews, employee benefits administration, and health insurance processes.
Process employee-related reimbursements and disbursements.
Coordinate offboarding activities and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries.
Assist with compliance requirements, funding schemes, and accreditation processes.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR procedures and best practices.

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years' experience in an HR or HR Administration role.
Experience working with HR processes and reporting activities.
Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent command of English.
Maltese language skills will be considered an asset.
Knowledge of employment law would be advantageous.
Strong organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
