Destination Services Executive

Are you passionate about tourism and creating exceptional travel experiences? We're looking for a Destination Services Executive to join a well-established tourism company and help deliver unforgettable FIT, Group, and MICE experiences in Malta.

What You'll Do

Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, excursions, events, and logistics.
Work closely with hotels, suppliers, transport providers, and international partners.
Handle FIT, Groups, and MICE operations from planning to execution.
Provide outstanding service and ensure a seamless client experience.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in Tourism, Travel, Hospitality, or a DMC environment.
Hands-on experience with FIT, Groups, and MICE operations.
Fluent in English plus at least one additional language. French or German is highly preferred.
A valid driving licence and own vehicle (essential).
Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Malta as a destination is an advantage.
