On behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Junior Lawyer.

The selected candidate will support the legal and corporate teams on a variety of matters, including legal research, drafting, compliance, and general advisory work. This role offers hands-on experience, direct involvement in ongoing legal matters, and the opportunity to grow within a dynamic professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal support on corporate, commercial, compliance and regulatory matters
Assist with drafting, reviewing and maintaining legal and transactional documents
Support corporate governance tasks including company formation, minutes and resolutions
Conduct legal research and prepare reports, summaries and internal memos
Assist with client engagement and coordination with external stakeholders
Contribute to compliance reviews, including AML documentation
Support litigation preparation and risk-mitigation activities

Requirements

Degree in Law and warrant to practise in Malta
Fluency in Maltese and English (spoken and written)
Minimum 1 year PQE in corporate and commercial law
Experience in compliance, yachting, or aviation sectors is an asset
Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload
