What You'll Be Doing

Answer incoming calls and digital assistance requests.
Help customers during urgent and unexpected situations.
Coordinate service providers and contractors to deliver assistance quickly and efficiently.
Keep customers updated and supported throughout their journey.
Manage multiple cases while remaining calm and professional.
Accurately update and maintain customer records and case information.
Work closely with your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What We're Looking For

Fluent spoken and written English.
Comfortable using technology and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Empathetic, positive, and customer-focused approach.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask effectively.
Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
Previous experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, Retail, Operations, or Contact Centre environments is a plus.
Maltese language skills are an advantage but not essential.
