Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Digital Marketing Executive to join our client's team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a digital marketing professional to support the company's online presence and lead generation efforts. The successful candidate will manage digital campaigns, website content, marketing analytics, and social media while working closely with the marketing team to deliver impactful campaigns and contribute to business growth.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads.
Monitor website and campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
Update and manage website content through WordPress.
Support social media management, lead-generation activities and market research.
Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver marketing projects.

Key Requirements

Around 2 years' experience in digital or performance marketing.
Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and WordPress.
Strong understanding of conversion tracking and lead-generation campaigns.
Excellent communication, organisational and analytical skills.
Fluency in English and Maltese.
