WHAT YOU’LL DO

Content Creation & Social Media Management:

• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and beyond
• Stay on top of trends and implement content aligned with brand strategy
• Craft compelling concepts, write captions, and tell visual stories that convert
• Implement and manage content schedules across platforms
• Encourage engagement and capture UGC — passing warm leads to our team
• Leverage AI tools to streamline content ideation, production, editing, and repurposing

Graphic Design:

• Create visually stunning content for social media and printed materials
• Ensure brand consistency across all design elements
• Support campaign visuals from concept to delivery
• Utilize AI-assisted design tools to enhance creativity and production efficiency

WHAT YOU BRING

• Proven experience in graphic design and content creation
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design and video work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing tools
Experience with AI-powered creative tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, CapCut AI, or similar platforms
Ability to write effective prompts and use AI for content creation, design, video editing, research, and workflow optimization
Excellent writing and storytelling skills
Deep knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
Fast, flexible, and excited to jump on trends
Confident communicator and team player
Ability to balance AI efficiency with strong creative judgment and brand consistency
