Animal Care Worker

We are seeking a responsible and caring Animal Care Worker to supervise and care for dog in a daycare and boarding facility, ensuring their safety, comfort and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage dogs during playtime.
• Feed dogs and administer medication when required.
• Monitor animal health and behaviour.
• Clean and disinfect indoor and outdoor areas.
• Assist with bathing and basic grooming.
• Collect and drop off dogs when required.
• Assist with reception duties and customer enquiries.
• Maintain hygiene and follow safety procedures.

Requirements

• Good English communication skills.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Own transport or reliable means of transport.
• Basic computer skills.
• Previous animal care experience is an asset.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Must be over 25 years old due to vehicle insurance requirements.
