What you'll be doing:

Monitoring new regulations and helping the business stay ahead of industry changes
Reviewing processes, policies, and procedures to identify potential compliance risks
Carrying out compliance checks, testing, and internal reviews
Investigating findings, recommending improvements, and following up on actions
Supporting regulatory reporting and communication with authorities
Working closely with different departments to ensure compliance requirements are understood and applied correctly
Contributing to exciting regulatory projects and business initiatives
Delivering awareness sessions and helping build a strong compliance culture across the organisation
Assisting with the continuous improvement of the company's compliance framework and controls

What we're looking for

Previous experience in Compliance, Risk, Regulatory Affairs, or a similar control function
Background within Banking, Financial Services, Fintech, or another regulated industry
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to interpret regulations and turn them into practical business solutions
Excellent attention to detail and professional judgement
Strong communication skills and confidence when working with different stakeholders
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
A degree in Law, Finance, Banking, Economics, Risk Management, Compliance, or a related field
