We are looking for an experienced and motivated Marine Mechanic to join our team!

This is a full-time, on-site position suited to a skilled mechanic with a strong interest in marine engines and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of marine engines (Volvo Penta) and related marine equipment, ensuring all work is carried out efficiently and in line with the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out maintenance, preventive maintenance and repairs on engines and related equipment
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and engine-related issues
Perform servicing and maintenance on marine equipment
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Ensure all work complies with relevant safety standards and industry regulations
Work independently while also collaborating effectively with the wider team
Identify faults and provide effective solutions
Communicate clearly with colleagues, supervisors and other relevant stakeholders

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who:

Has proven experience or relevant training in marine mechanics or mechanical maintenance
Has strong knowledge of marine engines
Has previous experience within the maritime/marine industry
Holds relevant technical qualifications or certifications in marine mechanics
Demonstrates strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship
Is organised, reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a team

Has a genuine interest in luxury and high-performance marine products
