We are looking for an Accounting and Finance Officer to join our team based in Malta.

What is expected of you?

Perform day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
PSP and banking reconciliation
Process and record supplier invoices, ensuring that invoices are properly authorised and accurately entered into the accounting system
Assist the team with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
Maintain organised and accessible accounting and financial documentation
Year end reconciliation and bookkeeping activities
Assist with the opening and maintenance of Company bank accounts
Monitor activities in bank accounts and PSP accounts to ensure compliance with the Company’s internal policies, procedures, and financial controls
Respond promptly to queries from suppliers, customers, employees, banks, and internal departments
Assist other departments with finance-related queries and provide relevant information and documentation as required
Support the Finance function with other tasks and projects as required

What are you expected to bring?

Relevant experience in Accounting and Finance, iGaming experience is considered a plus
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
