Sales Administration Office Clerk (Job Ref. MPL – SASC 07/26)

Multi Packaging Limited is seeking to recruit a full-time Sales Administration Office Clerk to complement its current team. The ideal candidate must be a reliable and motivated individual, who will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, whilst maintaining the highest standard of good practice.

The Selected Candidate Will Be

Coordinating and processing customer sales orders from receipt through to delivery;
Creating and maintaining customer, product and finished goods master data within the Company’s

ERP system;

Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with customers and internal

stakeholders by responding to enquiries and handling telephone communications professionally;

Coordinating with the Sales, Operations and Design Departments to facilitate production planning,

generating work tickets and supporting the timely fulfilment of customer orders;

Supporting the Sales Team in the day-to-day administration of sales activities by preparing selling

price calculations, maintaining pricing information and providing reports and operational

information;

Maintaining agreed stock levels for designated customers by monitoring inventory availability and

coordinating with the Operations Department;

Maintaining accurate sales, inventory and operational records, including the filing and management

of Goods Received Notes, customer Purchase Orders and sales administration documentation;

Preparing management reports, monitoring order book status and sales performance, and

escalating operational issues requiring management attention;

Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the Company’s products, services and activities;
Maintaining high standards of accuracy, customer service, compliance and professionalism in the

performance of all duties.

Requirements

Have a minimum of one years’ experience in a similar role;
Have an ‘O’ Level standard of education;
Be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel;
Have excellent administrative and organization capabilities;
Possess good interpersonal skills;
Be able to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams;
Be meticulous and able to work efficiently under pressure.

Relevant training in Business Administration, Sales Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields will be considered as an asset.
