-Prepare and cook authentic Italian dishes to a high standard -Ensure consistency in taste, quality and presentation -Complete daily food preparation and mise en place -Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness -Monitor and manage stock levels and ingredients -Ensure food is stored correctly and safely -Follow food safety and hygiene regulations -Work efficiently during busy service periods
