As a Property Consultant, you will guide clients throughout the buying, selling, and letting process, providing professional advice and delivering a smooth and positive experience from initial enquiry through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on property market trends, pricing, valuations, and potential investment opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants, taking the time to understand their individual requirements.
Arrange and conduct property viewings, professionally presenting properties and highlighting their key features and benefits.
Prepare, maintain, and promote accurate and attractive property listings across relevant marketing channels.
Manage client enquiries promptly and professionally, following up on leads and identifying new business opportunities.
Negotiate offers and terms between clients and interested parties, working towards successful and mutually beneficial agreements.
Support clients throughout the sales and letting process, ensuring clear communication and a high standard of service at every stage.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client, property, and transaction records.
Develop a strong understanding of the local property market, including current availability, pricing, demand, and emerging trends.
Stay informed about relevant property regulations, procedures, and market developments to provide clients with accurate and professional guidance.
Work closely with colleagues to achieve individual and team targets while contributing to the continued growth of the business.

Requirements

Previous experience in property sales, lettings, real estate, or a related client-facing sales role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to build rapport with a wide range of clients.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a results-driven approach.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently as well as within a team.
Ability to manage multiple clients, properties, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Professional, trustworthy, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with property management or CRM software is an advantage.
A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for attending property appointments and viewings.
