As our operations continue to expand, we are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Graphic Designer to support the development of engaging digital content across QP's channels. The role combines social media management and visual content creation, helping ensure all communications reflect QP's premium and professional brand identity.

Role purpose

As Social Media & Graphic Designer, you will manage QP's day-to-day social media presence while creating visual content that reflects the brand's premium, professional identity. You will plan and produce content across LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook, working closely with the marketing team to keep messaging consistent across QP and DesignEQ.

You will handle the full content cycle, from concept and design through to scheduling and performance tracking, while also supporting broader marketing needs such as event materials, internal communications assets and website updates.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media

Create and schedule social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
Draft captions aligned with QP and DesignEQ's brand voice.
Manage content calendars.
Monitor engagement and community interactions.
Support campaign reporting and performance tracking.

Graphic Design

Design social media graphics and carousels.
Create event invitations and internal communications assets.
Produce simple infographics.
Resize and adapt assets for different channels.
Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs.

Content Support

Assist with photography selection and image editing.
Support website content updates.
Create visual assets for newsletters and presentations.
Basic video editing for social media reels or short-form content.

What you bring

2+ years' experience in graphic design and social media management, ideally within a marketing or brand team.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
Solid typography, layout and visual design skills with a strong eye for brand consistency.
Good understanding of social media best practices across LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
Experience managing content through Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn's content tools.
Strong copywriting ability, with confidence adapting tone and messaging across channels.
Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple content streams and deadlines.
Experience with Webflow, Premiere Pro, CapCut or After Effects would be an advantage.
