Studioseven has been building integrated AV and event experiences in Malta for over 40 years. We’re looking for a Junior IT & AV Systems Administrator to keep our systems, network and rental fleet running, and to grow into the technical side of live events along the way.

You’ll be supervised, but we need someone who’s genuinely comfortable diving in.

What you’ll do

Windows Server, Active Directory and Office 365 administration
Docker and Proxmox environments hosting internal apps and our WordPress sites
Python scripting, plus an interest in Anthropic’s Claude AI tools
Omada network infrastructure and firewall management
Cloudflare configuration, and general comfort working in Linux
Hardware support: reinstalling operating systems and servicing the rental fleet and staff computers

Who we’re looking for

Fluent Maltese and English, spoken and written are both essential, not a nice-to-have. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Sales, Installations, Productions and Accounts, most of whom speak Maltese day to day.
Genuine comfort being hands-on across a wide range of systems, not just one specialty
Happy learning under supervision, while taking real ownership of your own tasks
Curiosity about both IT infrastructure and live event technology
