📣 WE'RE HIRING – PART-TIME OFFICE & CLIENT SUPPORT ASSISTANT

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and friendly person to join our team on a part-time basis.

The role involves helping with the day-to-day running of our office and being one of the first points of contact for our clients.

🖥️ Main duties will include:

Welcoming and assisting walk-in clients
Communicating with clients by WhatsApp, email or phone
Understanding what clients require and taking accurate job specifications so we can prepare quotations
Following up on enquiries and preparing orders & files for production.
General office administration and filing
Assisting with paperwork, orders and other day-to-day office tasks

🎨 It would be a BIG plus if you have:

Some previous knowledge or experience in Office Works
Experience or knowledge of signage, printing or advertising production
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
A good command of both English & Maltese is highly preferred, as the role involves regular communication with clients.

These skills are not essential, but a plus -

The most important qualities are that you are organized, responsible, willing to learn, good with people, and able to communicate clearly.
