As a Partner Support Manager, you’ll sit at the center of the relationship between our partners and teams across Kambi. You’ll help partners get the support they need, coordinate responses when issues arise, and use data and commercial understanding to help keep relationships running smoothly and allowing them to get the most out of the Kambi product.

Based in our Philadelphia office, you’ll work in a hybrid model with three days per week in the office. Philadelphia is home to several Kambi functions, including Partner Success, giving you the opportunity to work alongside colleagues with a broad range of sports betting expertise.

Represent Partner Success in regular sessions with internal stakeholders, keeping partner priorities and requirements visible.
Collaborate across Kambi, building relationships with colleagues from different functions to help deliver a joined-up partner experience.
