Maintenance Manager

Overseeing the hotel's maintenance operations, supervising maintenance staff, coordinating repairs and preventive maintenance, and ensuring that all facilities, equipment and building systems are kept in good working condition.

• Team Leadership & Supervision: Hire, train, schedule, and lead maintenance technicians, mechanics, or supervisors.
• Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Design and run scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) programs to stop breakdowns before they happen, while managing urgent corrective repairs.
• Budget & Cost Management: Create and control annual departmental budgets, forecast expenses, and track parts and labor costs.
• Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Enforce local building codes, environmental guidelines, and safety standards (such as OSHA or regional equivalents) to prevent accidents.
